Getting Started

How much does it cost?

The tuition is $20,000, with a one-time equipment fee of $550, which covers the cost of a new National Precision Swing-Gate tattoo machine, and 10 tube/tip/grip combos that you will need to start the program. This equipment, and any other tattoo equipment that we get for you will become your property to take with you when you complete the program. These fees must be Paid in Full before you start the program. All of our students have paid their Apprentice Fees “Up-Front”. Most of them have gotten loans from their families in order to come here. You are welcome to talk to anyone of our students about how they feel about the Program, and if they feel that they are getting their money’s worth. Some of them share their expenses by rooming with another student.

We have also been approved for State Job Rehabilitation and Re-Training, and by the Texas Veteran’s Administration for On the Job Training under the G.I. Bill. There are probably more student aide, and student grants out there, but you’ll have to look for yourself, we don’t have the time to investigate each applicants particular situation in this regard.
